Inclusive, Affirming, and Empowering
My Values
I'm not a traditional therapist; I'm opinionated when it matters, I provide honest feedback and guidance in a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported in your growth.
As an LGBTQ+ identifying therapist, I strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you can explore challenges related to gender identity, trauma, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and relationship issues.
My approach is both supportive and practical, offering not only compassionate listening but also evidence-based tools that can be applied in daily life. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I aim to create a collaborative process where we work together to identify areas of your life you want to grow and feel empowered in.
